Ok no pictures on this day , woke up really really rough at some point in the afternoon . We had to go get our equipment that we left at the arena!!! Of course we were the last to roll out of Cortina LOL...Luca met us on the way down the mountain and gave us our hockey bags yet we still continued our way down to the rink to use their bathrooms . I got sick , way too much drinking the night before and i must have still been drunk .
We were on our way out and decided to have our last meal before hitting the road and ended up at this piece of shit restaurant for tourists. Honestly i ordered this greasy calzone that i could not finish and our colas were 4 Euros each ! Petri covered for me as i was bone dry in the cashola department ( thanks Petri !) . Rainer was out to lunch and immediately jumped into his bed , i passed out too and Petri was on his way driving .....in the wrong direction .
When i woke up Petri had stopped the camper and was stressing over where we were and which way to go , so i jumped up front to navigate. We were somewhere in Austria but not going in the right direction heading to Salzburg instead of Innsbruck . Figuring out our best path to Munich we motored our way on , running out of gas we were on the hunt for somewhere to fuel up finally pulling into a station as it just turned its lights off, the woman working there just wanted to shoo us off but there was a nice enough guy to let us fuel up , close to 70 euros i paid for our last gas up , and off into the darkness finding ourselves at the German border we decided to wake up Rainer to get some food . Petri wanted to order something but the crazy lady behind the counter was poking the food with her fingers and it turned us all off before he was told to leave HAHAHA! We ended up at McDonalds and i gave Petri 20 euros covering my lunch and 7 euros for whatever which really was for that Prosciutto i got him to pay for in Ljubljana LOL!
Petri really wanted to get back to Munich to check out Oktoberfest as he has not been there before , or i think he hasn't . I kinda feel bad that he did not get to make it there but we ended up having a nice relaxing night outside of a hotel with POWER for our camper ( finally LOL ) . This was our last night together , tomorrow Petri heads back to Valkeakoski, Finland from Munich and we have to rush to Frankfurt after so i can catch my flight . My head hurts , we are all in rough shape and this drive from Cortina to Munich was so taxing especially after the night/morning we had after winning our championship .
