Just figure I would let you all know about this travel agency that ran the tournament in Iceland . This is a company that organizes football ( soccer ) tournaments as well . Honestly this was the BIGGEST scam I have ever encountered ... If you come across their website just keep going these guys are just here to make money and they don't give a shot about your experience ! When we first met Barry the British douchebag that lives in America he told us he was going out to watch Man City game and that was a real sport !!! Yeah he said that to a few of us ... This guy does not play or even like hockey ... Just a money grab :(

We figured out that this guy made roughly 1000 euros per game !!! We never had fresh ice and on the first day we had a referee that wore jogging pants and couldn't even skate ! Top notch ! To make things worse the hotel we were put in had the most unfriendly staff you could probably imagine and probably the worst showering situation I have ever encountered ... Have you ever had a sulfur shower ??? Smells like farts Lol , I laugh now but none of us were laughing when we encountered this .

I payed roughly $800 to stay in a shit hotel and get the absolute worst service possible ( hotel Fron sucks !) I know some people on other teams seem to think they got a good deal but I know better . And I also know there is a sucker born every minute , I unfortunately was one of them . Basically I went because going to Iceland is a once in a lifetime experience and please don't get me wrong I don't   regret going as it is an amazing country . Included in our price to play was shuttle to and from arena HAHA

At our first game we were told that we can't bring our own beer into room , and we could go upstairs in bar to eat and drink , so we did and were told that our shuttle was waiting and we had to leave ??? Yeah we could not even hang out at rink ! BRUTAL !!! If you have read about past tournaments it is all about drinking at arena and meeting other teams ... I guess in the "real sport" this doesn't matter ? So bad refs bad ice bad transport then we get these stupid bracelets that are supposed to get us discounts LOL ,,the establishments did not honour this and laughed at our requests for a discount . To boot we were never told where tournament evets were brig held so we ever got to meet other teams... Yeah we did our own thing all week while other teams were mingling .

Then there was the banquet which was upstairs in arena ( chicken , scalloped potato & salad ) with no drink and it was just us and other team we played ;) we were all joking that it would be in arena and let's tell you it was a bad joke .... We were also told that our shuttle to airport would be at 1 pm and we waited until almost quarter to 2 to find out we had to walk to bus down road .

Overall this is by far the worst tournament I have EVER played in !!! These guys are just running this to take your money if you ever come across these guys tell them to stick to the " real sport " of football and don't waste your money ... I am embarrassed to say that I did ! Somehow they will be around convincing Canadian / American teams to fly over to play each other ... It is much cheaper to stay home and play Canadian teams !!!!
